Planning tied to an actual wedding — a honeymoon, a bachelorette or bachelor trip, or coordinating travel for your wedding guests — is more hands-on work, so it carries its own flat planning fee, detailed below.

Ceremony and reception coordination stays with your wedding planner or venue coordinator.

On-site add-on

$400 per day plus travel costs. Lodging is often covered through a complimentary room negotiated in the resort's group contract. A typical 4-day wedding week on-site comes to $2,850 plus travel.
